Half Day Workshop
In this half day workshop, you will take some time out for you. It is important to recharge your batteries and refill your cup, to enable to you serve others well, without feeling burned out.
We will cover: -
1. How to avoid burn out - setting healthy boundaries & effective time management
2. Looking after your energy - clearing toxic energy & putting protection in place
3. Mindfulness & Meditation - using these tools to help you manage your stress
4. Recognising where you need help & how to ask for it.
We will also enjoy a healthy snack, a guided meditation and a short group healing session together, to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. You can also use this workshop as an opportunity for networking and discussion with other therapists.
Investment - £35
If no date is shown then the workshop will be scheduled at a time to suit you and requires at least 4 people to make it viable.
